Submit

Only individuals having submitted all materials to the competition organizers will be eligible to play in the tournament. All contestants must pay their entrance fee on the morning of the competition (see below).

Complete submissions to the tournament must include:

• 16-30 page manuscript of any type of writing
• Completed tournament entrance form

Submissions must be received by February 1, 2010.

You can email your submission materials as .doc attachments to racquetballchapbooks@gmail.com.

Or, mail completed submission materials in a large manila envelope to:

We will send an email confirmation once your submission has been received. If you do not hear from us within a week of sending your submission, please send us an email.

We’ll also be sending out a monthly email to all contestants following their submission, which will include reminders, training and conditioning tips, driving directions, and other updates.

A non-refundable 10 dollar tournament entrance fee (money order, cash or check) must be paid on the day of the tournament in order to compete.

All styles, genres and schools of writing are encouraged to apply. Selection of the winning manuscript will be based solely on tournament rankings and will disregard literary merit entirely. We promise.

There will also be an informal salon reading in the evening at a local bar/café/apartment (TBA), where participants (and their groupies) can hock or trade their wares with others.
